D.R.I.P. hosted a successful charity dinner at the Garda Club Westmanstown Sports & Conference Centre, Clonsilla, Dublin 15 on Sunday 13th July 2008.

H.E. Raja Zulqarnain Khan President of Azad Jammu & Kashmir along with Mr Brian Lenihan T.D. the finance minister were the chief guest at the dinner which was attended by a large number of Pakistani community in Ireland & the Irish friends of the D.R.I.P. The dinner was organised to thank those who are helping in the efforts of rehabilitation in Azad Jammu & Kashmir.

D.R.I.P launched three more projects in an effort to improve medical and allied services in the region.

D.R.I.P. announced future plans to establish 'Cardiac First Responder Faculty' affiliated with the National Ambulance Training School Dublin, 'American Heart Association faculty' for Basic Life Support and future 'Emergency Medical School'.
